Abbastanza rapido il processo di visita e consegna certificati pochi giorni dopo.
Ovviamente meglio sempre prenotare. Quest'anno costo 60€

Nonostante avessi fatto una chiacchierata telefonica in cui spiegavo le mie necessità e il mio obiettivo.
Nonostante mi avesse rassicurato di aver capito il problema e di aver gestito già patologie complesse come la mia, si è rilevata una gran delusione.
Chiede pagamento anticipato di un pacchetto, e la cosa mi ha sdrubbiato (e facevo bene).
Assolutamente non in linea con le richieste del paziente.

Although I had a telephone chat in which I explained my needs and my goal.
Although he reassured me that he understood the problem and that he had already managed complex pathologies like mine, it was a great disappointment.
He asks for an advance payment for a package, and this has upset me (and I was right).
Absolutely not in line with the patient's requests.
