★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo stati immersi nella storia di Montalcino da Ivan, che ci ha spiegato con pazienza anche tutto il processo del Brunello. Una visita davvero alla mano, che ci ha fatto sentire a casa e liberi di fare qualsiasi domanda.
La degustazione poi divina. Ben 6 vini tra cui 3 Brunelli ottimi. Poi l'assaggio alla botte ci ha mandato in brodo di giuggiole. Davvero un tocco di classe per noi.
Prendono piccoli gruppi alla volta quindi chiamare qualche giorno prima è sempre meglio.
We were immersed in the history of Montalcino by Ivan, who also patiently explained the whole Brunello process. A very easy visit, which made us feel at home and free to ask any questions.
The tasting then divine. 6 wines including 3 excellent Brunellis. Then the barrel tasting sent us in jujube broth. Really a nice touch for us.
They take small groups at a time so calling a few days in advance is always better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stopped at this winery on a tour - best Rose I’ve ever had (which is surprising for this region). The Brunellos were also fantastic! The owner was very kind & humble & provided great food pairings with the wine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stopped by without a reservation and were welcomed to do a spontaneous wine tasting of their wines, all were really good and we bought a box of six bottles! We really liked the atmosphere at the small, family-run business. After the tasting, we had a little Picknick at the bench overlooking the vineyard. We will come back next time we are in Tuscany, thank you Ivan for the nice welcome!
