Per essere sicura di trovare aperto, ho chiamato , un disco registrato sostiene che il laboratorio sia aperto la mattina per l'intero mese di agosto. Una persona -che non sta bene -arriva fino a Monterorondo, a digiuno, e trova CHIUSO per ferie. Sono andato in laboratorio senza prenotazione o altro, arrivato alle 07:35, in meno di 20 minuti ho fatto tutto. Prelievo andato bene senza intoppi, dottoressa gentile e brava con l'ago. Non riscontro le lamentele riportate da altri. I was happy, fast, friendly and organized. S	Sara Dovere on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho appena fatto una curva da carico: anche se gia' da piccola ho sempre avuto qualche difficoltà nel trovare le vene, in passato qualche giovane infermiera che mi é capitata in questa struttura è sempre riuscita a trovarle subito senza dover fare tentativi dolorosi. Oggi non solo hanno sbagliato, la prescrizione medica chiedeva glicemia basale, a 30, 60, 120, 180 minuti mentre loro hanno scritto in fattura anche 90 minuti con annessa puntura inutile ( e successivo reso) ma l infermiera, una tipa bionda, mi ha fatto almeno 3 punture in più inutilmente, dicendo che erano le mie vene il problema, quella a 120 non l ha fatta perché non ha trovato la vena nemmeno all' altro braccio, mi ha fatto lividi a più non posso con un dolore assurdo e tra l altro stavo anche svenendo tra un tentativo e un altro.... Ho speso 350 euro per vivere un' esperienza pessima e senza nemmeno ricevere scuse per i danni fatti. L’infermiera dei prelievi è gentile, ma la struttura è inadeguata, il personale disorganizzato e inefficiente. All’accettazione sono di una lentezza pachidermica. C’e una sola segretaria che impiega circa 10/15 minuti a persona, solo per farti pagare. Non esiste una fila prioritaria per invalidità e gravidanza. Mi è capitato di aspettare anche un’ora pur avendo solo 4 persone davanti. Se si va all ASL di capena, su via tiberina, ci si può prenotare con l’app Tupassi, non si fa la fila, sono straefficienti, gentili e si risparmia pure. Mai più in questo laboratorio.
