★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assolutamente poco professionali... Dovevo ricevere il referto di un esame via e-mail entro 15 giorni dall'esame, ma dopo oltre un mese nessun riscontro... Ho chiamato 7 volte, ho mandato ripetute e-mail di sollecito ma non ho ancora il referto e per tanto non ho potuto fare una visita specialistica con dei tempi di attesa lunghissimi, ciò significa che dovrò fare tutto da capo e probabilmente quell'esame non sarà neanche più valido. Ma la cosa ancora più grave è che nessuno si
è preoccupato di rispondere alle mie CONTINUE richieste di sollecito.. Trattandosi di problemi di salute non è ammissibile tale disservizio.

Oltre a visite personali, ho portato i miei genitori che sono novantenni e si sono trovati benissimo.
Sono stati presi in carico con sorrisi e garbo e per una persona anziana è tutto.

Non è la prima volta che effettuo questo esame, ma è la prima che mi capita di trovare un "medico" che non guarda neppure lo schermo mentre effettua l'esame.
Improfessionale, e poco attendibile nel scrivere le risposte.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recata oggi al centro per fare ecografia del addome.Dunque,la prenotazione online e stata facile e comprensibile,attesa nella sala di pochi minuti ma purtroppo devo dare voto basso per l'approccio al cliente. Sia le due signore receptionist che il giovane medico peccano di gentilezza e empatia. Inoltre la eco e stata molto sbrigativa.
I went to the center today to have an ultrasound of the abdomen, so the online booking was easy and understandable, waiting in the room for a few minutes but unfortunately I have to rate low for the approach to the customer. Both the receptionist ladies and the young doctor sin of kindness and empathy. In addition, the echo was very hasty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo 4 solleciti telefonici ancora nessuna traccia del referto via mail. Ho avvisato che sta mattina ho urinato sangue e quindi ho necessità URGENTE di avere il referto (pronto da ieri), dall'Albania rispondono che avrebbero avvertito subito i colleghi e in pochi minuti avrei ricevuto il referto, chiamato alle 8:00 del mattino, alle 11:00, alle 14:00 e alle 15:00 sempre stessa risposta senza concludere niente. Così difficile inoltrare una mail? Ho forti dolori e nonostante ciò sto per recarmi di persona presso il loro centro (50km andata-ritorno) per capire quale problema ho e come risolverlo! Ultima volta, meglio la sanità pubblica a questo punto.
After 4 telephone reminders still no trace of the report via e-mail. I advised that this morning I urinated blood and therefore I URGENT need to have the report (ready since yesterday), from Albania they reply that they would immediately notify colleagues and in a few minutes I would receive the report, called at 8:00 in the morning, at 11:00, 14:00 and 15:00 always the same answer without concluding anything. So difficult to forward an email? I have severe pain and despite this I am about to go in person to their center (50km round trip) to understand what problem I have and how to solve it! Last time, public health better at this point.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ringrazio sentitamente tutto lo staff del Medicenter, per l'attenzione rivolta alla disabilità. Tutto il personale (medico e di segreteria) ha sempre creato le condizioni migliori, per ogni tipo di visita richiesta (anche nei momenti più difficili, durante la pandemia).
Considero questa particolare e sensibile attenzione il fiore all',occhiello della Struttura, ovviamente accompagnata dalla professionalità del personale medico con cui si è interagito in occasione delle visite specialistiche e dei vari esami radiografici.
I sincerely thank all the Medicenter staff for their attention to disability. All the staff (doctors and secretariat) have always created the best conditions for any type of visit required (even in the most difficult moments, during the pandemic).
I consider this particular and sensitive attention to be the flagship of the Structure, obviously accompanied by the professionalism of the medical staff with whom I interacted on the occasion of specialist visits and various radiographic examinations.

Pro : grande disponibilità per fare qualsiasi esame
Contro: i dottori tendono sempre a voler operare al piu' presto...
il mio polso non ne aveva piu bisogno (ma a sentire il dottore dovevo entro pochi giorni ...), la cataratta di papà neanche...(a sentire il Dottore doveva fare presto..che c'era proprio una disponibilità a breve...)
Bene, la strategia é sempre la stessa "Signore guardi che lei non paga nulla..tutto a carico della asl (tasse nostre)l'importante che venga presso la clinica convenzionata..." molto spesso in città di altre regioni...
ok quando é strettamente necessario... non quando non c'è necessità..
Sarò stato sfortunato? può darsi... ma a pensar male spesso ci si azzecca..
a non vederci mai più...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non è la prima volta che mi reco presso la struttura di Monterotondo. Oggi ho eseguito un'altro accertamento. Ho trovato sempre, come oggi, segretarie gentili, disponibili. Tecnici e medici sempre cordiali, professionali. disponibili. Servizio puntale, efficace e preciso. Luogo e bagni puliti, Rispetto della privacy e del distanziamento secondo i protocolli e normativa Covid. Avrei messo 5 stelline ma l'unico servizio con cui mi sono trovata in difficoltà è il centralino estero.
It is not the first time that I go to the Monterotondo facility. I ran another check today. I have always found, like today, kind and helpful secretaries. Always friendly, professional technicians and doctors. available. Punctual, effective and precise service. Clean place and bathrooms, Respect for privacy and distancing according to Covid protocols and regulations. I would have put 5 stars but the only service with which I found myself in difficulty is the foreign switchboard.
