★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Venerdì ho comprato una visiera per il Covid presso la Sanitaria a Thiene. Ne ho fatto uso per una sera e, non appena indossata, ho notato che la visiera era molto sporca, molto rigata e per più volte il vetro si è staccato dal pezzo che lo sostiene: aveva quindi anche qualche problema di composizione (da notare che mi è stata venduta senza confezione). Questa mattina mi sono recato al negozio per far notare questo fatto, ma insistentemente la signora che me l'ha venduta ha voluto aver ragione, non comprendendo la mia lamentela. Venti minuti fa ho telefonato per chiedere ancora spiegazioni e per sei minuti sono stato trattato in maniera irrispettosa e mi sono sentito urlare addosso.
On Friday I bought a visor for Covid at the Sanitaria in Thiene. I used it for one evening and, as soon as I put it on, I noticed that the visor was very dirty, very streaked and several times the glass came off the piece that supports it: therefore it also had some composition problems (note that it was sold to me without packaging). This morning I went to the shop to point out this fact, but insistently the lady who sold it to me wanted to be right, not understanding my complaint. Twenty minutes ago I phoned to ask for more explanations and for six minutes I was treated disrespectfully and heard screaming at me.
