Rispondo: Le faccio una pesante critica sì, perché nel Suo locale ci sono già stato 3/4 volte, l'ultima due anni fa, per mezzo di terzi e mi era anche piaciuto. Oggi ho chiamato per organizzare un aperitivo sostanzioso e una signora mi ha interrotto alla quinta parola dicendomi acidamente: "intanto ti presenti e poi passi dalle 18 che trovi Paolo", riagganciando. Primo questa signora non ha alcun diritto di rivolgersi così a me, come a nessun cliente, col tono da lei usato. Secondo vi sono mille modi diversi per interloquire, se proprio era di fondamentale importanza sapere subito chi ero per proseguire la telefonata. Non mi prolungo oltre, consiglio di rivedere l'atteggiamento. P.S. prima di lasciare questa "pesante" recensione mi sono informato se ero stato sfortunato, ma ho constatato che avete diverse recensioni che documentano la vostra scortesia. Il personale è cordialissimo e disponibilissimo consiglio di passarci a fare aperitivo ma penso sia ottimo anche per le colazioni .
