Il primo paio mi ha lasciato soddisfatto, ma il secondo paio è risultato fallato: il laccio dove c'è la fibbia, sul sandalo di destra, sporge leggermente piu' in su rispetto a quello di sinistra. Di conseguenza il laccio del piede di destra taglia la pelle. Se provo ad allentare il laccio, cambiando buco della fibbia, il problema non si risolve: semplicemente si perde la tenuta e il sandalo comincia a scivolare quando cammino. Sono rimasta molto delusa di questo difetto, non solo per il fatto che il negozio, li ha venduti in prima istanza. Tra l'altro la commessa - visibilmente inesperta e, suppongo, in prova - li ha presi dalla vetrina, e ricordo anche che, mentre stavo provando i sandali, un'altra commessa stava parlando sottovoce con questa commessa, indicando proprio i miei sandali. Mi viene dunque da pensare che lo staff forse era a conoscenza di questo difetto. Quando poi ho riportato il sandalo, la commessa mi ha contrastata dicendo che il problema era il mio piede, cosa ben strana avendo portato per anni sandali di marche varie, e non ho mai avuto questo problema! Niente cambio, soltanto un muro di gomma che mi ha lasciato ancora più perplessa: dove pensavo di trovare professionalità e disponibilità ho trovato solo la fregatura. Vengo poi a scoprire che ci sono due tipi di piante, a me hanno venduto quella a pianta più stretta, un'agonia. Appena tornata a far presente che non mi hanno minimamente segnalato la differenza di modelli, han respinto ogni addebito dicendo che ho scelto io. Manco offerte di cambiarle. A	Angela Piccoli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho telefonato in questo negozio per chiedere espressamente un modello di tutore per il polso, dicendo la marca e il modello, e al telefono mi è stato detto che c’era in negozio, ci sono andata apposta e quando ho chiesto lo stesso modello, per tenere immobilizzato sia il polso che il pollice, mi hanno detto che quel modello non teneva fermo il polso, quando la realtà è che non l’avevo proprio in negozio! Allora ho mostrato l’immagine del tutore dell’ortopedico e loro me ne hanno proposto due, uno sembrava più morbido, quello che mi avevo detto essere misura unica, e quindi ho preso questo. Ma appena riprovato ho sentito un gran male al polso, la stecca batteva sulla parte dolorante, ho letto il retro della confezione e mi sono accorta che non era affatto una taglia unica ma le taglie erano tre!!! Forse mi faceva male perché non cadeva bene ed era grande? Sono tornata nel negozio e mi hanno detto che è normale faccia male, il polso deve stare fermo, e che mi devo abituare. Allora mi sono adirata, mi hanno raccontato solo falsità per vendermi comunque qualcosa? Ho chiesto i soldi indietro e non me li hanno voluti dare e allora l’ ho cambiato con l’altro modello, che guarda caso è la taglia small e non mi fa male. Non ho parole, ma che razza di professionalità hanno? Non sanno neppure quello che vendono e attirano i clienti dicendo il falso pur di vendere? Mai più, sconsiglio totalmente questo negozio. So I got angry, did they just tell me falsehoods to sell me something anyway? I asked for my money back and they didn't want to give it to me and so I changed it to the other model, which happens to be the small size and it doesn't hurt me. I have no words, but what kind of professionalism do they have? Do they not even know what they are selling and attract customers by saying falsehood in order to sell? Never again, I totally advise against this shop.
