Purtroppo pessima esperienza.
Orari di apertura non rispettati, fretta nel prendere il calco del plantare. Costo complessivo per uno più uno sportivo ben 170 euro. Mi presento per il ritiro , suonando e telefonando nessuna risposta. Erano le18, un ora prima della chiusura e trovo chiuso. Suono e chiamo al telefono nessuna risposta. Torno il giorno dopo, neppure le scuse. Solo tanta fretta. Non mi resta che far controllare i plantari all ortopedico...tanta delusione considerato il bel ricordo che avevo.
I had been in this shop in 2017, appreciating availability, professionalism, punctuality. On the strength of this experience, having to redo the insoles, I decided to go again to the Healthcare.
Unfortunately bad experience.
Opening hours not respected, hurry to take the mold of the insole. Total cost for one plus one sportsman as much as 170 euros. I show up for the collection, ringing and phoning no answer. It was 6pm, an hour before closing and I find it closed. I ring and call the phone no answer. I'll be back the next day, not even an apology. Just in a hurry. I just have to have the orthopedic insoles checked ... a lot of disappointment considering the good memory I had.
