★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Effettuato un ordine online con spedizione estera (OPZIONE CHE VIENE DATA SUL SITO), lo stesso viene confermato via email e viene accettato il pagamento, tempo un 'ora e mi vengono restituiti i soldi e nella seconda mail dove vengo informato che il mio ordine é stato annullato, l'unica spiegazione che mi viene data é che effettuano spedizioni solo in Italia (sottolineo ancora che al momento del pagamento si posso scegliere tutte o quasi le nazioni estere).
Tento di contattarli via mail e ovviamente non ricevo risposta ( stessa cosa avvenuta quando ho tentato di chiedere informazioni prima di effettuare l'ordine).

Placed an online order with foreign shipping (OPTION THAT IS GIVEN ON THE SITE), the same is confirmed by email and payment is accepted, after one hour and the money is returned to me and in the second email where I am informed that my order is been canceled, the only explanation I am given is that they ship only to Italy (I also stress that at the time of payment you can choose all or almost all foreign countries).
I try to contact them by e-mail and obviously I don't get an answer (same thing happened when I tried to ask for information before placing the order).
