Ho acquistato qui un giocattolo per mia figlia ma appena scartato ho visto che il gioco non funzionava. Mi sono rivolta al negozio per esigere sostituzione ma essendo fuori regione non ho potuto recarmi sul posto entro il termine di dieci giorni e il negozio INGIUSTAMENTE (dato che siamo nel corso di una pandemia globale)si è RIFIUTATO di cambiare il giocattolo (nonostante mi avessero detto di contattare il rappresentante per venirmi incontro, cosa che non hanno fatto) e alla fine mi hanno costretta a rivolgermi al servizio clienti personalmente.
Se ho acquistato un gioco non funzionante è assurdo che il negozio non lo sostituisca con tanto di scontrino oppure non si occupi della pratica lui stesso!!
Come sanitaria sarà anche ben fornita ma giocattoli meglio comprarli nei negozi dedicati.
Pochissima serietà!!!!
 Bad for toys!
I bought a toy here for my daughter but as soon as I unwrapped it I saw that the game didn't work. I went to the shop to request a replacement but being outside the region I could not go there within ten days and the shop UNJUSTLY (as we are in the course of a global pandemic) REFUSED to change the toy (despite having me told to contact the rep to meet me, which they didn't) and eventually forced me to contact customer service personally.
If I have purchased a game that does not work, it is absurd that the shop does not replace it with a receipt or does not take care of the practice itself !!
As for health, it will also be well-stocked but toys are better to buy in dedicated stores.
Very little seriousness !!!!
