I had previously left a negative review .... but there had been a simple misunderstanding. The owner called me back and was very courteous and attentive to my needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incapaci e deficienti al massimo. La signora che ci lavorava non era in grado di fare un cavolo. Per qualsiasi cosa si chiedeva, la risposta era la stessa: “ehh deve aspettare che viene la collega oggi pomeriggio, io non lo posso fare”. Scusa allora che ci lavori a fare? E la collega almeno capiva un po’ di più pero il servizio era una catastrofe. Ho lasciato 35€ per niente. Era meglio se andavo al ristorante con questi soldi. Mai più IG-Store Cassino!!
Incapable and deficient at most. The lady who worked there was unable to make a cabbage. For whatever he was wondering, the answer was the same: "ehh you have to wait for your colleague to come this afternoon, I can't do it". Excuse me then what are you working on? And the colleague at least understood a little more but the service was a catastrophe. I left 35 € for nothing. It was better if I went to a restaurant with this money. Never again IG-Store Cassino !!
