EDIT 18.12.2020: Sono reale, sono la ragazza che é entrata con la madre intorno alle 19 del 17.12.2020, negare l'evidenza, mostra soltanto la sua ancora una volta, mancanza di PROFESSIONALITà.
Le insegno come si risponde "Ci scusi per l'inconveniente e per la sua spiacevole esperienza. La invito di nuovo a tornare in negozio per provare e comprare i nostri capi d'abbigliamento, sperando di rivederla una prossima volta in negozio."

EDIT 18.12.2020: I'm real, I'm the girl who entered with her mother around 7pm on 17.12.2020, denying the evidence, only shows her again, lack of PROFESSIONALISM.
I teach her how to answer "Sorry for the inconvenience and for your unpleasant experience. I invite you again to come back to the shop to try and buy our clothes, hoping to see you again in the shop."
