Offensivi, arroganti e "urlatori", quando sarebbe bastato rispondere:" mi dispiace, ma non siamo forniti al momento della tipologia da lei richiesta". Penso che le due stelle e mezza che hanno, siano davvero troppe, peccato che non ci sia la possibilità di dare giudizi di stelle in negativo.un - 100 sarebbe quasi appropriato.
I often deal with real estate agencies, and I must say that I have NEVER come across people of such rudeness. Offensive, arrogant and "screaming", when it would have been enough to answer: "I'm sorry, but we are not provided at the time of the type you requested". I think that the two and a half stars they have are really too many, too bad there is no possibility of giving negative star ratings. A - 100 would be almost appropriate.
