★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bella cittadina, buoni I servizi nonostante qualche chiusura prolungata, risente parecchio del traffico di passaggio da e per Cortina: in certi orari, complice la ricerca o l'attesa di un parcheggio, si possono i formare file di chilometri. Molto bella la passeggiata lungo la vecchia ferrovia, anche ciclabile, e, più in basso, attorno al lago Mosigo.
Nice town, good services Despite some prolonged closures, it is heavily affected by the traffic passing to and from Cortina: at certain times, thanks to the search or waiting for a parking lot, lines of kilometers can form. The walk along the old railway, also a cycle path, and, further down, around Lake Mosigo is very beautiful.

C'è la chiesa della Madonna della Difesa che all'interno ha splendidi altari lignei.
Da non perdere anche il suo laghetto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono passato per San Vito percorrendo la pista ciclabile delle Dolomiti. Valle incantevole circondata da bellissime montagne, sulle quali svetta il Pelmo. La vista migliore sull'Antelao è secondo me quella da Cortina. San Vito è la località più bella del Cadore, godibile sia in inverno che in estate.
I passed through San Vito along the cycle path of the Dolomites. Enchanting valley surrounded by beautiful mountains, on which stands the Pelmo. The best view of the Antelao is in my opinion the one from Cortina. San Vito is the most beautiful town in Cadore, which can be enjoyed both in winter and in summer.
