L'appartamento era superbo, pulizia eccellente, ambienti eleganti ma allo stesso tempo accoglienti. Un soggiorno perfetto, in un appartamento perfetto, degno di una città bella come Roma. I stayed with my family in the Holiday Inn Vaticano apartment, and we were all delighted by the care and professionalism that hosts Andrea and Deborah have dedicated to us. The apartment was superb, excellent cleanliness, elegant but at the same time welcoming environments. A perfect stay, in a perfect apartment, worthy of a city as beautiful as Rome. Thank you for making our holidays unforgettable!

L'appartamento è moderno, confortevole e curato nei dettagli, ben climatizzato, attrezzata e comoda la cucina. In particolare, abbiamo apprezzato l'attenzione per la pulizia e la sanificazione degli ambienti grazie alla presenza di efficaci ionizzatori, facilmente utilizzabili in qualnque momento, ed al trattamento di ozonizzazione al quale vengono sottoposti gli ambienti ad ogni cambio degli ospiti. La zona è centrale, dotata di servizi, esercizi commerciali e buoni ristoranti facilmente raggiungibili a piedi ed è servita dalla Metro con una stazione proprio sotto casa Particolarmente professionale l' accoglienza e la pronta ed efficace assistenza di Andrea e Debora durante tutta la permanenza, compresi i trasferimenti da e per l'aeroporto e verso alcune destinazioni fuori mano: grazie anche alla loro gentilezza e professionalità il nostro è stato un soggiorno da ripetere :-). We stayed a week at the Vatican Appartment in via Ubaldo degli Ubaldi in Rome and every aspect was certainly adequate, in every respect, to accommodate a family of five with three children. The apartment is modern, comfortable and with attention to detail, well air-conditioned, equipped and the kitchen is comfortable. In particular, we appreciated the attention paid to cleaning and sanitizing the rooms thanks to the presence of effective ionizers, which can be easily used at any time, and to the ozonation treatment to which the rooms are subjected to each change of guests. The area is central, equipped with services, shops and good restaurants within easy walking distance and is served by the Metro with a station just below the house Particularly professional is the welcome and prompt and effective assistance of Andrea and Debora throughout the stay, including transfers to and from the airport and to some out-of-the-way destinations: thanks also to their kindness and professionalism, ours was a stay to be repeated :-).

Molto pulito, ed ottimamente accessoriato di ogni elettrodomestico (persino di una asciugabiancheria !). Aria condizionata silenziosa ed in ogni stanza. Perfettamente insonorizzato. Ottima la collocazione in pieno centro a Roma con piazza San Pietro ed il Vaticano raggiungibili a piedi. Per le altre destinazioni, la stazione della Metro è a 50 metri. In un raggio di meno di 5 minuti a piedi si può trovare: la stazione dei taxi, un comodissimo supermercato aperto tutti i giorni 24 ore su 24, una farmacia pure aperta 7/7 24/24. Agenzia affidabile, cortese e disponibile. Appartamento certamente consigliato. Apartment as described, fully met our expectations. It is located on the second floor (with lift) of an apartment building. Very clean, and well equipped with every appliance (even a tumble dryer!). Silent air conditioning and in every room. Perfectly soundproofed. Excellent location in the center of Rome with St. Peter's Square and the Vatican within walking distance. For other destinations, the Metro station is 50 meters away. In a radius of less than 5 minutes on foot you can find: the taxi station, a convenient supermarket open every day 24 hours a day, a pharmacy also open 7/7 24/24. Reliable, courteous and helpful agency. Apartment certainly recommended.

La sua posizione permette di raggiungere velocemente tutti i luoghi più importanti della città eterna. C'è anche una fermata della metro proprio sotto l'appartamento insieme a tanti ristoranti e negozi e se si vuole, c'è la possibilità di prenotare un posto auto coperto e costudito. La cosa migliore però sono i due propietari. Andrea e Debora gentili, cordiali e professionali si sono fatti in quattro per farci sentire come a casa nostra. Consigliatissimo! Fantastic and spotless apartment. Great for families or groups. Attention to every detail, equipped with everything with comfortable beds. Its position allows you to quickly reach all the most important places in the Eternal City. There is also a metro stop just below the apartment along with many restaurants and shops and if you want, you can book a covered and guarded parking space. The best thing, however, are the two owners. Andrea and Debora kind, friendly and professional went out of their way to make us feel at home. Highly recommended!

Il proprietario si è dimostrato fin dal primo giorno sempre gentile e disponibile. La casa è spaziosa e ben arredata, in grado di garantire il massimo comfort. Vivamente cosigliato!☺️ I stayed with 3 other girls in this apartment and our experience was more than excellent. The owner was always kind and helpful from the first day. The house is spacious and well furnished, able to guarantee maximum comfort. Highly recommended! ☺️
