No obstante el trato de la recepcionista fue deficiente cuanto menos, haciéndonos esperar más de tres horas pese a haber avisado de nuestra llegada con antelación, además de proporcionar un número de contacto en el email que no funcionaba.
 An unbeatable location with decent rooms. However the treatment of the receptionist was deficient at least, making us wait for more than three hours despite having warned of our arrival in advance, in addition to providing a contact number in the email that did not work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si bien está muy bien ubicado, y está cerca de la plaza de San Marcos y muchas tiendas y restaurantes que se agradadece bastante. el dpto No era lo esperado. Nos tocó un sofá cama de 2 plazas en vez de cama y está en un pasaje oscuro. Nos retrasamos en llegar en menos de 5' avisando todo el trayecto que íbamos en camino y nos cobraron late check in. Para que lo consideren en sus estadías y sean más que puntuales, lo nuestro fue xq el barquito se demoró demasiado desde el aeropuerto.
Algo bueno pero que nos pudieron haber comentado con antelación para no haber tenido que pagar, es que tienen descuentos en varias tiendas y algunas atracciones. El Palacio Ducal sale gratis con ellos, para nosotros fue tarde xq lo habíamos comprado pero para los siguientes ténganlo en consideración.
El lugar cumple, pero el precio es exagerado para lo que es.
Although it is very well located, and it is close to the San Marcos square and many shops and restaurants it is quite pleasant. the apartment It was not expected. We had a 2-seater sofa bed instead of a bed and it is in a dark passage. We delayed arriving in less than 5 'warning all the way we were on the way and charged late check in. To be considered in their stays and be more than punctual, ours was xq the boat was delayed too long from the airport.
Something good but they could have told us in advance to not have to pay, is that they have discounts at several stores and some attractions. The Ducal Palace leaves free with them, for us it was late xq we had bought it but for the following ones keep it in consideration.
The place meets, but the price is exaggerated for what it is.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima struttura!!!!. Abbiamo prenotato pagando in anticipo. Non abbiamo usufruito del soggiorno perchè la struttura è stata chiusa causa Covid. E non hanno inteso restituirci il costo della prenotazione di oltre 800 euro.
Bad structure !!!!. We booked by paying in advance. We did not use the stay because the structure was closed due to Covid. And they did not intend to return the booking cost of over 800 euros to us.

- Upon arrival we contacted the apartment service, where we were told about to wait 50min to be checked in. The wait was almost an hour and a half and 3 phone calls until someone arrived to assist us. Once shown our room, we were charged a late check in fee of €25, despite having to wait. Our apartment was on the top floor where there was no lift access to assist with bags and therefore carried our bags up 4 flights of stairs. Considering we paid €490 for 2 nights, we would have expected a lot better hospitality than what we received. Would have rathered put this money towards a hotel.
