Great place, very nice owner.

Great location. Met at boat terminal by Paulo who helped with cases. Apartment was very clean and well kept. Recommend this place very highly.

Excellent apartments within a five minute walk of Rialto Bridge (and its water bus stop) and St Marcos square. Rooms were clean and well kept. The owners also arranged a taxi pick up and water taxi to nearest pier upon request.

The host welcome us with detailed explanation on the area and the apartment which was highly appreciated. the apartment is fully equipped and very large suited for family with children. good location, great value for money. .No elevator to the 2nd floor but the host help me with pleasure. Just perfect. The location was great. It’s about an 8 minute walk to two local water bus stations and central to everything. We arrived very late in the evening but Paolo the made sure we had easy access. The place is very luxurious, clean and comfortable and has everything needed. Would definitely be back and recommend to all.

Longtime visitors to Venice know that one has become a regular traveler and not a tourist to the city when one can speak of “My good friend in Venice....” If you stay at Ca’ Sant’ Angelo Apartments, the owner, Signor Paolo Magrini, will become your best friend. From my first email soliciting details about the apartment to the day we checked out, he was attentive, courteous, and kind. He was extremely prompt in replying to emails, never pushy in his replies, and clearly eager to ensure that I had the best possible experience. He gave me an honest assessment of each of the available units and helped me pick the apartment that was right for my needs. Signor Magrini is also an ideal host because he is exactly what you need him to be. Are you new to Venice, and need help identifying local restaurants or things to see? Signor Magrini can help you organize tours, set up a gondola ride, and even has the connections for transportation directly from the airport to the front door of the apartment, so you won’t get lost on your way into Venice. On the other hand, if you’re a veteran Venetian visitor, Signor Magrini is happy to fade into the background, offering up the keys and leaving you alone to enjoy your trip. It can be a difficult balance to strike but Signor Magrini does it perfectly. Upon our arrival, we were personally met by Signor Magrini near the apartment; per his request we telephoned about an hour before our expected arrival so everything transitioned very smoothly. He helped my wife with her bag and took us up to his office, which is located right beside the apartments. In a few minutes we were fully checked-in and free to enjoy the apartment. For our two week stay we took the San Giorgio apartment. It has a balcony and a view of Campo Sant’ Anzolo (Angelo). It features an anteroom, living room, generously sized living room, and bathroom. The furnishings and decorations were tasteful, contemporary, and understated, with a few nice touches that emphasized the Venetian setting very well. The main room features two very comfortable sofas, a coffee table, a medium-sized dining room table with chairs, a full kitchenette, a TV with shelving, and tasteful decoration. It was the perfect space in which to relax after a busy day or to prepare and enjoy a delicious meal. Two large windows provided incredible natural light and the refreshing breezes of Italy, but when closed, did a great job keeping out the sun and noise. The bedroom is generously sized and comes with a small sitting area and a large, modular wardrobe that held all of our clothes easily. The bed is very large, comparable to a queen, and one of the best beds on which I have ever slept. I think it's some kind of extremely high-quality memory foam, as it was supportive and soft, comfortable and firm. The bedroom is very well-insulated so noise was never an issue for my wife. I am an extremely light sleeper, so I found it helpful to wear earplugs because of occasional noises from our neighbors or from the outside, but this was largely a moot point as 99.9% of the time it was completely silent at night and the early morning. The cleaning services were exceptional and the rooms were spotless when we arrived, with everything in place. The chambermaid came in discreetly every few days to replace the linens and towels and did a perfect job. In conclusion, I do not exaggerate when I say that between the level of service, amenities, and comfort, the Ca’ Sant’ Angelo apartments are comparable to a suite in a five star luxury hotel. Signor Magrini is offering one of the best accommodation experiences in Venice, and I strongly encourage you to stay with him when you are next in Venice. I know that my wife and I will, and we will be encouraging all of our friends and family to do the same.

Beautiful stunning well equipped apartment, amazing view, central location

We had a short stay in Venice and it was really important for us to be close to everything. This location is unbeatable. Centrally located, yet the square is quiet and not in the midst of tourist crowds. The apartment is stunning, decorated in a real Venetian style with high ceilings that will make you feel like living in a true Venetian castle. Spacious kitchen and bathroom, equiped with all the amenities you need. And to top it all, Paolo was an incredible host. He was always available - answering our messages in less than a half an hour, even though it was a weekend. He gave us great recommendations for things to see and do in Venice. We felt like locals.
