Ho telefonato per chiedere un'informazione, chi mi ha risposto (una voce anziana maschile) a malapena parlava, molto scortese e mi ha chiuso il telefono in faccia. Consiglio di sostituire un po il personale e mettere qualcuno più competente e leggermente più cortese. A mai più risentirci?
