La farmacista mi ha risposto in modo poco cordiale e a mia detta poco professionale, sicuramente la prossima volta mi recherò in una farmacia dove i professionisti non siano altezzosi e siano disponibili ad aiutarmi nella ricerca dei prodotti che cerco senza troppa spocchia! I went to this pharmacy to buy a drug and being there already, I also decided to ask if they had a certain facial product that I have been using for months. The pharmacist replied in an unfriendly and unprofessional way, surely next time I will go to a pharmacy where the professionals are not haughty and are available to help me in the search for the products I am looking for without too much arrogance!

F	Francesco Di Marco on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ritorno a lamentarmi di questa farmacia erano mesi che non ci mettevo piede da quando la commessa farmacista mi aveva servito in maniera in modo antipatico e scortese poi ho capito che era la stessa che lavorava in un'altra farmacia dove addottava lo stesso trattamento ai clienti concludo che questa signora non sia portata a questo lavoro....Cliente e altri sicuramente persi. I return to complain about this pharmacy for months since I had not set foot there since the pharmacist saleswoman had served me in an unpleasant and rude way then I realized that it was the same one who worked in another pharmacy where she gave the same treatment to customers I conclude that this lady is not brought to this job .... Client and others surely lost.
D	Daniela A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ mi è bastato incontrare uno stand di medici senza frontiere per farmi passare la voglia di tornarci. mi hanno fermato, sono stati insistenti nonostante avessi precisato più volte che avevo fretta, volevo sbolognarmela facendo una donazione in contanti ma per via della tracciabilità non è stato possibile e così mi hanno fatto perdere 30 min per dare loro l’iban dove farmi un addebito mensile. ho precisato che i soldi sul conto mi bastavano malapena per pagare mutuo e bollette e che ero alla ricerca di un lavoro ma hanno insistito di farlo anche solo per pochi mesi. non è giusto fare sentire così una persona già fragile perché senza lavoro e soldi che è andata in farmacia solo per comprare un farmaco. it was enough for me to meet a stand of doctors without borders to make me want to go back. they stopped me, they were insistent despite having specified several times that I was in a hurry, I wanted to disgrace it by making a cash donation but due to the traceability it was not possible and so they made me waste 30 minutes to give them the iban where to charge me monthly. I specified that the money in the account was barely enough for me to pay the mortgage and bills and that I was looking for a job but they insisted on doing it even for a few months. It is not fair to make an already fragile person feel this way because without work and money who went to the pharmacy just to buy a drug.
