 Discreet gym spread over several floors there are all the essential machines in tight spaces. Only 3 treadmills. Men locker rooms ok enough lockers for everyone. Overall nice

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ok gym but gets 5 stars for the free 1st trial. Staff were friendly and prompted the free trial, we didn't need to ask or pretend we were interested in a membership.
Gym has 99% of what you need. A squat rack, dumbbells, multiple chin up bars and machines.
It could use some more rowing machines, calf raise machines etc but you can get a good workout done here. If you are staying in the area, definitely pop in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My boyfriend and I were very disappointed with the way we were treated at this gym. We were very excited to workout with free weights on our last day in Rome. However the front desk women was extremely rude and told us we couldn’t work out unless we went to a physicians office and got a medical certificate. We were wearing masks and had our green passes. Nowhere else in Italy has ever had this rule, and right after this we walked a few blocks and found a gym that let us in right away. They told us it was a law in Italy so we felt lied to (we had already worked out in Venice, bologna and Florence before this with no issue) and not treated fairly. If they’re so worried about being held accountable for injury, they should just print waivers for their customers to sign before working out.
