Vi abitarono fino alla metà del 1500 le monache agostiniane e la chiesa era dedicata a Santa Maria Maddalena. La chiesa è ad una sola nave con cappelle laterali decorate con motivi tardo-tinascimentali.
 The convent and the church were built in the fourteenth century but underwent expansions and modifications over the centuries. Until the mid-1500s, the Augustinian nuns lived there and the church was dedicated to Santa Maria Maddalena. The church has a single nave with side chapels decorated with late-Renaissance motifs.
