La chiesa si presenta con una facciata luminosa , curata e catalizzatrice.
Tutto espressione di forte devozione al Santo.

Santo medico che con i suoi carismi curava prima l'anima e poi il corpo..
La statua del santo , posta alla sinistra del cenacolo , e' molto bella e " splendente ".
Accanto si può vedere una parte del cranio del Santo, reliquia custodita in una pregevole teca anche marmorea...
È palpabile , per chi crede, il forte sentimento di devozione dei Porticesi..
