★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'ultima volta che sono stato qui mi sono trovato divinamente, proprio per questo ho consigliato ad un amico di rivolgersi presso questo centro per la riparazione al display del suo Smartphone. peccato che pur avendo controllato gli orari online, oltre ad aver chiamato Samsung direttamente una volta recatoci sul luogo abbiamo trovato chiuso, senza ulteriori spiegazioni. Oltre a noi c'erano altri clienti in attesa, con appuntamento che come noi hanno dovuto lasciar perdere e tornare a casa.
Mi spiace che una grossa azienda come Samsung pecchi di serietà e professionalità come in questo caso.
 The last time I was here I found myself divinely, for this reason I recommended a friend to go to this center to repair the display of his Smartphone. pity that despite having checked the timetables online, in addition to calling Samsung directly once we went to the place we found it closed, without further explanation. In addition to us there were other customers waiting, with an appointment that like us had to leave it alone and go home.
I'm sorry that a big company like Samsung suffers from seriousness and professionalism like in this case.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prima volta in vita mia che porto un cellullare in assistenza e mi è successo questo settimana portato lunedì e ritirato giovedì perché era da ordinare il ricambio, causa pixel bruciato sullo schermo e sostituzione completa di schermo e protezione. Signori io ho seri dubbi che questo sia il mio cellullare e non un nuovo di pacca e parliamo di un note10+...gli imei coincidono ma vi giuro che il telefono è stato rimesso letteralmente a nuovo....grazie lavoro eseguito perfettamente e credo che con l'altro avevo anche problemi di batteria visto che ora mi sta durando letteralmente un botto in più rispetto sicuramente la fase finale prima di mandarlo in assistenza. Consigliato!
First time in my life that I bring a mobile phone in assistance and it happened to me this week brought on Monday and collected on Thursday because the replacement was to be ordered, due to burnt pixels on the screen and complete replacement of screen and protection. Gentlemen I have serious doubts that this is my mobile phone and not a brand new one and we are talking about a note10 + ... the imei coincide but I swear to you that the phone has been literally refurbished .... thanks, work done perfectly and I believe that with the other I also had battery problems since now it is literally lasting me a bang longer than certainly the final phase before sending it to assistance. Recommended!

Servizio perfetto, riparato in meno di 1 ora , ho avuto sia un'esperienza su di una riparazione di un cellulare riparato fuori Garanzia, che una riparazione in Garanzia. Cordiale e preparato l'operatore all'accettazione. Che dire, consiglio a tutti di andare in questo centro Samsung.
Excellent Samsung Service Repair Center. Perfect service, repaired in less than 1 hour, I had both an experience on a repair of a cell phone repaired out of warranty, and a repair under warranty. Friendly and prepared the operator upon acceptance. What can I say, I recommend everyone to go to this Samsung center.
