★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gentilissimi all'inizio per poi rivelarsi dei perditempo. Pc tenuto una settimana lì senza che facessero assolutamente nulla! Avevano detto che in 2 giorni mi avrebbero richiamata, il tempo che arrivava il cavo e sistemavano. Ho dovuto contattare io per telefono e mi hanno alzato a 70 euro il totale dicendo che il cavo costava 50 e 20 erano per il servizio quando in realtà il cavo lo si trova a 20 euro SPEDIZIONI INCLUSE online. Vado a ritirare perché il pc mi serve per lavoro e loro mi lasciano pure lo schermo scollegato da quando lo portai lì che mi fecero vedere qual era il problema... a rischio che si rompe pure quello e mi tocca pagare il triplo per risolvermi il problema poi...
DAVVERO PESSIMA ESPERIENZA, SCONSIGLIATISSIMI!
Very kind at the beginning and then turn out to be time wasters. Pc held a week there without them doing absolutely anything! They had said that in 2 days they would call me back, the time the cable arrived and they would fix it. I had to contact me by phone and they raised the total to 70 euros saying that the cable cost 50 and 20 was for the service when in reality the cable is 20 euros INCLUDED SHIPPING online. I go to collect because I need the PC for work and they also leave me the screen disconnected since I took it there and they showed me what the problem was ... at the risk that that breaks as well and I have to pay triple to solve the problem then ...
REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE, NOT RECOMMENDED!

Nonostante fosse la prima volta che utilizzavo i loro servizi, sono stato trattato sin da subito con professionalità e trasparenza, sebbene con un approccio piacevolmente informale. Mi è stato prospettato da subito il tipo di problema del mio notebook Asus, avvisandomi che purtroppo non sarebbe stato utilmente (sotto il profilo economico) risolvibile. In ogni caso, mi hanno omaggiato di un tentativo di risoluzione prima di abbandonare l'impresa. Assolutamente consigliato.
Great find. Although it was the first time I used their services, I was treated immediately with professionalism and transparency, albeit with a pleasantly informal approach. The type of problem with my Asus notebook was immediately presented to me, warning me that unfortunately it would not have been usefully (from an economic point of view) solvable. In any case, they honored me with an attempted resolution before leaving the company. Absolutely recommended.
