★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono rimasto al dir poco soddisfatto. Per un problema di burn in al mio s8 mi hanno cambiato tutto display vetro frontale e retro. Batteria frame e guarnizioni dei connettori. Piu il caricabatterie nuovo. Ho portato il Tel in assistenza alle 10 e mezza alle 16 e 06 del pomeriggio era pronto.
 I was satisfied to say the least. For a burn in problem on my s8 they changed all front and back glass displays. Battery frame and connector seals. Plus the new charger. I brought the Tel in assistance at 10 and a half to 16 and 06 in the afternoon was ready.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sconsigliatissimo. Tempi biblici qualora in garanzia per riparazione e consegna... . Loro parlano di quindici giorni lavorativi... io mai aspettato meno di un mese ma, cosa più grave, mai risolto alcun problema !!!. Ho sempre dovuto nel frattempo acquistare uno smartphone di buon comando per arrangiare... e ricorrere ad altro Centro di Assistenza per risolvere il problema allo smartphone.
Not recommended. Biblical times if under warranty for repair and delivery .... They speak of fifteen working days ... I never waited less than a month but, more serious, never solved any problem !!!. In the meantime, I have always had to buy a smartphone with a good command to arrange ... and resort to another Service Center to solve the smartphone problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato un notebook professionale a riparare, dopo circa 8 mesi(240 giorni!) non è stato riparato, nessuno mai si è preoccupato se questo PC aziendale è con programma di lavoro sopra servisse o meno.....sarà stato buttato sotto qualche scaffale affinché il proprietario non si facesse vivo per sapere che fine abbia fatto.
Morale della favola non solo non è stato riparato ma essendo d'acciaio l'ho ritrovato anche tutto graffiato.
I brought a professional notebook to be repaired, after about 8 months (240 days!) It was not repaired, no one ever worried if this business PC is with a working program above it was needed or not ..... it will have been thrown under some shelf so that the owner didn't show up to find out what happened to him.
Moral of the story not only was it not repaired but being made of steel I also found it all scratched.
