★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Braceria che, oltre ad un'ottima selezione di carni, si fregia di una cucina che oscilla tra l'innovativo e il tradizionale.
Antipasti di qualità e un magnifico ragù di scottona, rendono la cena adatta a tutti i palati.
Il piatto forte ovviamente è la carne. Aiutati nella scelta e nella gestione delle quantità dal proprietario, abbiamo potuto provare diversi tagli di carne apprezzandone appieno il sapore e le qualità.
Ottimo il servizio, con ragazzi di sala sempre cortesi e disponibili.
Prezzi anche più bassi della media.
Uniche note stonate riscontrate sono:
1) scarsa illuminazione in alcuni punti della sala (sul nostro tavolo si vedeva poco)
2) 0 controlli green pass.

Braceria which, in addition to an excellent selection of meats, boasts a cuisine that oscillates between the innovative and the traditional.
Quality appetizers and a magnificent scottona ragù make dinner suitable for all palates.
The main dish is obviously the meat. Helped by the owner in the choice and management of quantities, we were able to try different cuts of meat, fully appreciating their flavor and quality.
The service is excellent, with staff who are always courteous and helpful.
Prices even lower than average.
The only discordant notes found are:
1) poor lighting in some parts of the room (little was seen on our table)
2) 0 green pass checks.
A place to return to for sure

Unico neo il prezzo, sinceramente un pó caro ,considerando la locazione e la struttura in sé della braceria! Qualche ritocchino sul prezzo andrebbe sicuramente apportato, perché altrimenti si rischia di perdere clientela : d'accordo sulla qualità della carne e la competenza nel cuocerla ma manco si può puntare un coltello ?alla gola del cliente soprattutto di questi tempi! La ripresa economica dell'intero settore deve avvenire gradatamente, non si può speculare in questa maniera, sinceramente per una giornata di svago e relax come potrebbe essere Pasquetta, dopo il pranzo,
si rischia di non poter permettersi null'altro manco una passeggiata a Salerno, ovviamente senza non mettere più mano al portafogli!

Some tweaks on the price should certainly be made, because otherwise you risk losing customers: agree on the quality of the meat and the skill in cooking it but you can't even point a knife ? at the customer's throat, especially these days! The economic recovery of the entire sector must take place gradually, we cannot speculate in this way, honestly for a day of leisure and relaxation as it could be Easter Monday, after lunch,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non è la prima volta che vengo, ogni volta che ritorno apprezzo la qualità eccellente della carne, la gentilezza e competenza del personale. Gli antipasti crudi sono veramente molto buoni, la carne è sempre tenera e si sente che è di ottima qualità, il titolare è molto simpatico e aiuta il cliente a scegliere il taglio di carne. Lo consiglio sicuramente a chi ama mangiare un buon taglio di carne alla brace. Ci ritornerò senza alcun dubbio.
It is not the first time that I come, every time I return I appreciate the excellent quality of the meat, the kindness and competence of the staff. The raw appetizers are really very good, the meat is always tender and you feel that it is of excellent quality, the owner is very nice and helps the customer to choose the cut of meat. I definitely recommend it to those who love to eat a good cut of grilled meat. I will return without any doubt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottima braceria con carni di prima scelta. Cucinate e servite con cura. Davvero un ottimo posto dove passare una cena speciale. I vini sono davvero ottimi e ci sono degli ottimi accostamenti da fare alle carni servite. Antipasti, primi, secondi e contorni nel menù
e una carta dei vini ampia rendono il servizio davvero impeccabile. I camerieri infatti sono molto professionali e preparati. I dolci sono stati buonissimi e molto equilibrati in dolcezza. Al termine della cena abbiamo preso un limoncello che era davvero di un gusto di limoni che è impareggiabile. Sicuramente sono stati usati i limoni di queste terre che sono speciali. C'è un parcheggio di fronte al locale per i clienti del locale. Hanno servizi puliti e ben tenuti e un ingresso per disabili. Consigliatissimo. Spero di ritornarci perché abitando a Torino diventa difficile per la distanza, ma quando veniamo con mia moglie a Nocera inferiore sicuramente ci torneremo.
Excellent grill with first choice meats. Cook and serve with care. A really great place to have a special dinner. The wines are really excellent and there are excellent combinations to be made with the meats served. Appetizers, first, second and side dishes on the menu
and an extensive wine list make the service truly impeccable. In fact, the waiters are very professional and prepared. The desserts were very good and very balanced in sweetness. At the end of the dinner we had a limoncello which was truly of a lemon taste that is unmatched. Certainly the lemons of these lands have been used which are special. There is a parking lot in front of the restaurant for the customers of the restaurant. They have clean and well-maintained facilities and an entrance for the disabled. Highly recommended. I hope to return because living in Turin becomes difficult due to the distance, but when we come with my wife to Nocera Inferiore we will certainly return.

Accoglienza molto gentile, dopo aver ordinato 2 calici di rosso e 2 antipasti (polenta con la genovese, di rubia), ci hanno fatto accomodare al banco carni dove ci sono stati spiegati i tagli disponibili e tutte le caratteristiche. Abbiamo scelto un taglio per 2 persone di circa 1,2kg di mucca grassa che ci è stata servita con delle patate al forno (buonissime). Ci sono stati forniti prima dei simpatici “bavagli” con delle frasi ironiche da indossare per non rischiare di sporcarci con la carne ancora bollente e scricchiolante di grasso. Abbiamo terminato con due dolci: torta plasmon (semplice ma molto originale) e il tiramisù in tazza al pistacchio, entrambi molto buoni e di giuste dimensioni dopo un pranzo bello abbondante.
Tutto consigliatissimo. Torneremo con piacere appena possibile.
Aggiornamento: siamo ritornati e abbiamo provato anche la genovese, eccezionale. Ufficialmente uno dei migliori posti dove mangiare nei dintorni.
First experience in this place: excellent. Very kind welcome, after having ordered 2 glasses of red and 2 appetizers (polenta with genovese, di rubia), we were made to sit at the meat counter where the available cuts and all the characteristics were explained to us. We chose a cut for 2 people of about 1.2 kg of fat cow that was served with baked potatoes (very good). We were first provided with nice "gags" with ironic phrases to wear so as not to risk getting dirty with the meat still hot and creaking with grease. We finished with two desserts: plasmon cake (simple but very original) and pistachio cup tiramisu, both very good and just the right size after a nice hearty lunch.
All highly recommended. We will be back with pleasure as soon as possible.
Update: we went back and we also tried the Genoese, exceptional. Officially one of the best places to eat around.

Selected meats, important maturation, cooking to perfection, trained and professional staff and above all who makes the difference is the owner.
