Gli stessi infatti si sono messi a completa disposizione per risolvere il problema dell'increscioso ritardo che gli effettivi responsabili (medico curante e medico asp che cura le richieste) avevano definito semplicemente come equivoco. I apologize to all the staff for my previous review. Affidare a dei ragazzi novelli cure del genere è veramente vergognoso. Dicono di offrire assistenza continua, ma al momento in cui si é presentata un'emergenza (diverse volte), non hanno mai mandato nessuno ad assisterti, o perché era domenica oppure perché, peggio ancora, davano per scontato che il paziente, avendo quel tipo di malattia, avesse ormai i giorni contati. E quando, all'ennesima noncuranza, il paziente da loro "assistito" è venuto a mancare, non si sono degnati neanche di passare... Se poi non sanno fare neanche le cose base (tipo medicazioni fatte male, ecc.), è più che vergognoso. Da denuncia. E da EVITARE Bad assistance, to be avoided. D	Dario Laudicina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una stella ma non meriterebbero nemmeno quella, brutta esperienza durata solo due mesi , abbiamo aperto le porte di casa nostra a Mazara ad un medico apatico e scontroso se li facevi una domanda , e una infermiera che si dimostrava disponibile durante gli accessi,ma purtroppo poche volte puntuale sugli orari stabiliti, e non rispondeva ai messaggi e al telefono,premesso che lei stessa ci autorizzava a contattarla sul suo numero personale . Per finire dopo il decesso di mia Mamma nemmeno uno straccio di condoglianze.
