Servizio pessimo per un azione italiana definita leader nel settore. Shower box taken only 5 years ago, paid more than € 500, today it is impossible to have simple spare parts, making the box unusable. Pur essendo montato da più di dieci anni è ancora ben pulito senza un po’ di calcare. Da consigliare! Arrivato il prodotto risulta rotta la cerniera di apertura e il profilo in alluminio a causa del trasporto. L'anta fissa presenta una siliconatura eccessiva tale da rendere anche questa non utilizzabile. Ad oggi non sono a conoscenza se e quando verrà effettuata la sostituzione. Da evitare. S	Samantha Deserti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza al quanto negativa.. Ho rifatto bagno con tanto di box docce Samo e il servizio si meriterebbe un bel zero. Dopo un mese circa di attesa programmata nei tempi di lavori vari, il trasporto col box arriva nel magazzino praticamente ribaltato (così mi è stato riferito) quindi non hanno neanche scaricato la merce e rispedita al mittente che per burocrazia o altro non si preoccupa della verifica e rimette in ordine il box considerando però che passerà almeno un'altro mese per la consegna. Considerato il danno non si preoccupano neanche di fare uno sconto adeguato visto che nel frattempo abbiamo dovuto lavarci nelle bacinella per quasi 2 mesi. Senza poi guardare dopo tanta attesa che nell'imballo ti mettono viti più lunghe del montante, maniglie di apertura con imperfezioni nella colorazione... Sicuramente non lo consiglio per tutta una serie di cose. Experience albeit negative .. I redid the bathroom with a lot of Samo showers and the service deserves a good zero. Doccia fatta da meno di 2 anni e primo utilizzo fatto 9 mesi fa, quindi ancora in garanzia, l'acqua filtra tra il muro e il montante del vetro. Sento il servizio clienti (costretto praticamente a stalkerizzarli per avere un appuntamento per la riparazione) e arrivano i tecnici con attrezzatura per MONTARE UN BOX DOCCIA... chiarito che probabilmente gli avevano informati male sistemano la perdita con 30 cm di siliconata .. 10 minuti di lavoro a farla grande e mi dicono .. ci sono 2 notizie, una buona e 1 cattiva, la buona é che il danno é sistemato, la cattiva é che devi pagare... 90 euro + Iva.. tot:110 euro . Di una siliconata... se mi avessero detto che le siliconate non erano coperte da garanzia mi arrangiavo... da oggi mi metto a fare il siliconatore di box doccia, voglio diventare ricco. 110 euro. Ladri. Incredibile la poca serietà. AGGIORNO LA RECENSIONE , ho scoperto che la ditta che ha effettuato il lavoro/furto non é la Samo ma una ditta che lavora per loro nel territorio: Una certa TECNOSPA SRL. consiglio ai signori della Samo di informarsi sui comportamenti dei terzi che mandano in giro a nome loro perché la brutta reputazione se la fa la ditta e non gli addetti alle riparazioni. Che tra l'altro non hanno un sito o una pagina web dove lasciare una recensione. A legalized scam. Alla SAMO hanno un pessimo servizio post-vendita. Non hanno, dicono, istruzioni montaggio/disegni articoli.. Non ti sanno dire con il codice ricambio su quale articolo va montato. I feedback positivi li mettono per caso i dipendenti??? Ai miei clienti d'ora in avanti sconsiglio questo marchio. I had to repair a customer's shower cubicle because the assistance center did not show up despite being solicited. At SAMO they have very bad after-sales service. They say they do not have assembly instructions / drawings of the articles. The positive feedbacks are put by the employees ??? I do not recommend this brand to my customers from now on.
