L’insegnante è stata in India più volte ed è una fortuna avere l’opportunità di praticare il vero , puro Ashtanga nella mia città ?? Devo dire che ho provato anche le altre attività che fanno qui e mi sono trovata bene anche con gli altri insegnanti , ogni volta è una garanzia e una nuova scoperta ✨
