Ilaria è la professionista gentile e disponibile che ti accoglie, ti ascolta e sa aiutarti. Ho avuto grandi giovamenti dai suoi trattamenti scoprendo che è in grado di instaurare anche una vera e propria forma di comunicazione non verbale e di comprendere man mano che il massaggio procede quali sono le problematiche o i punti che richiedono un trattamento più profondo.

L'esperienza è stata bellissima, Ilaria, l'operatrice si è mostrata davvero professionale e preparata, niente di commerciale come spesso e purtroppo accade in questo tipo di esperienze. Successivamente mi sono avvicinato al centro per le diverse attività che propone, come lo yoga. Lo consiglio se si vuole iniziare un percorso, di sicuro è il posto giusto.

Con Ilaria puoi intraprendere un percorso di consapevolezza spaziando dal massaggio, al reiki, ai fiori di bach e alle costellazioni familiari e tante altre attività olistiche che Ilaria propone portando sempre innovazione. Un Posto al Sicuro è sicuramente un centro da frequentare con continuità. La professionalità e la serietà, su temi che ahimè capita siano condotti da improvvisati, è sicuramente uno dei punti di forza, oltre al calore e all’energia positiva che il centro emana.

With Ilaria you can embark on a path of awareness ranging from massage, to reiki, to bach flowers and family constellations and many other holistic activities that Ilaria offers, always bringing innovation. A Safe Place is definitely a center to be frequented continuously. Professionalism and seriousness, on issues that unfortunately happen to be conducted by improvisers, is certainly one of the strengths, in addition to the warmth and positive energy that the center gives off.

di questo meraviglioso centro Olistico sono rimasta entusiasta e accolta in un nido di ascolto e cura della mente e del corpo. Una frase per definirlo userei s. Exupery dal Piccolo Principe " l'essenziale è invisibile ai nostri occhi"...qui ho trovato la sintesi perfetta di come si può trovare equilibrio calma e rigenazione con gesti sapienti e semplici ma saggi ...grazie Ilaria

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho conosciuto questo centro casualmente, cercando un centro ayurvedico, vicino a dove mi trovavo per lavoro (poiché avevo tempo a disposizione). Dopo aver letto sonole recensioni, ho chiamato e dopo una sincera chiacchierata, ho fissato un appuntamento e mi sono regalato per mio compleanno, un massaggio ayurvedico. L'esperienza è stata bellissima profonda e ristoratrice. L'operatrice Ilaria, si è mostrata davvero molto professionale e preparata, facendomi vivere una profonda esperienza, rilassante. Poi la location è molto curata, pulita ed assolutamente in linea con le attenzioni dovute al contrasto coronavirus. Successivamente ho acquistato un pacchetto ayurvedico ed ho scoperto anche molteplici attività, molto interessanti, che il centro propone (e non appena potrò, senz'altro penso di seguire). Lo consiglio se si vuole iniziare un percorso, ... é il posto giusto oltre ad essere un posto "sicuro" (inteso come zona di confort)
I met this center by chance, looking for an Ayurvedic center, close to where I was for work (since I had time available). After reading the reviews, I called and after a frank chat, I made an appointment and got myself an Ayurvedic massage for my birthday. The experience was beautiful, deep and restorative. The operator Ilaria showed herself to be very professional and prepared, making me live a profound, relaxing experience. Then the location is very neat, clean and absolutely in line with the attention due to the coronavirus contrast. Later I bought an Ayurvedic package and I also discovered many very interesting activities that the center offers (and as soon as I can, I certainly think I will follow). I recommend it if you want to start a journey, ... it is the right place as well as being a "safe" place (intended as a comfort zone)
