Ho chiamato il pomeriggio seguente per avere un appuntamento e mi ha risposto una signora molto frettolosa dicendomi che mi avrebbe richiamato dopo pochi minuti , perché dovevano valutare la tempistica. Ho aspettato inutilmente la loro telefonata e poi ho provato a richiamare ma non mi ha risposto nessuno.Sono rimasta molto delusa da questo comportamento e pensare che questo parrucchiere mi era stato raccomandato dalla reception del mio albergo......
