M	Massimo Salvadori on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrivo con un po' di difficoltà perché è buio e l'insegna non è illuminata. All'arrivo mi accoglie Alessandro, il proprietario. Gentilissimo, affabile e concreto come tutti i toscani che si sono fatti da se e sanno cosa significa lavorare. Mi accompagna all'appartamento che mi ha riservato e si scusa dicendomi che non ha ancora potuto attivare il ristorante che realizzerà in primavera e mi consiglia un posto dove andare a mangiare. L'appartamento è pulitissimo, arredato in stile tipico toscano, e caldo. C'è tutto, è un appartamento completo. Gli chiedo della colazione e non finisce più di scusarsi perché non è ancora organizzato ma promette di trovare una soluzione per l'indomani. In realtà potrei anche farmela, comunque aspetto la mattina... Dormo benissimo e dopo una doccia risvegliante sento bussare alla porta. È Alessandro con caffè, latte, torte, biscotti, fette biscottate... insomma, di tutto un po. Dopo colazione esco fuori l'aria pizzica ma si sta bene. Alessandro mi fa girare tutta la sua azienda e mi spiega cosa vuole fare l'anno prossimo, dal ristorante alla palestra. Poi mi fa vedere la piscina, la vasca idromassaggio e la sauna. Insomma, un paradiso toscano. Dopo il giro lo saluto a malincuore promettendogli di tornare. Un posto da visitare e da usare come base per escursioni di ogni tipo e genere. Il prezzo? Rapporto qualità prezzo FANTASTICA!!! I arrive with a bit of difficulty because it is dark and the sign is not illuminated. Upon arrival Alessandro, the owner, greets me. Very kind, affable and concrete like all the Tuscans who made themselves and know what it means to work. He takes me to the apartment he reserved for me and apologizes, telling me that he has not yet been able to activate the restaurant he will build in the spring and he recommends a place to eat. The apartment is spotless, furnished in a typical Tuscan style, and warm. Everything is there, it's a complete apartment. I ask him for breakfast and he no longer ends up apologizing because it is not yet organized but he promises to find a solution for the next day. Actually I could also do it, however I wait in the morning ... I sleep very well and after a awakening shower I hear a knock on the door. It's Alessandro with coffee, milk, cakes, biscuits, rusks ... in short, a bit of everything. After breakfast I get out of the air, but it feels good. Alessandro makes me run his entire company and explains to me what he wants to do next year, from the restaurant to the gym. Then he shows me the pool, the hot tub and the sauna. In short, a Tuscan paradise. After the tour I greet him reluctantly, promising to return. A place to visit and to use as a base for excursions of all kinds and kinds. The price? FANTASTIC value for money !!!

I locali sono tutti ristrutturati, carini e si gode di una tranquillità tipica delle case di campagna. Proprietari molto gentili. Fantastic b & b in the Maremma located in a strategic position to reach in 10 minutes both Grosseto and Castiglione and also the beaches in the pine forest. The premises are all renovated, nice and you can enjoy a tranquility typical of country houses. Very nice owners.
