I soldi però se li sono presi, questa è poca serietà, se non si riesce a far fronte alle richieste si dice e ci si scusa invece..... Una cosa del genere non l'ho mai vista, zero professionalità da entrambi i dottori per una gastroscopia. Sarebbe il caso di procedere con una denuncia per violenza verbale e psicologica! M	M D (M82) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi dispiace ma la struttura non è professionale, ho effettuato un tampone molecolare il giorno 27 alle 11:30 e mi avevano comunicato un ritardo nei referti, con la consegna dell'esito entro le 36 massimo 48 ore. Siamo al 29 alle 19:00 (quindi ben oltre le 48 ore) e non ho ricevuto alcun esito. Dopo continue sollecitazioni al telefono continuano a rispondere che sono in ritardo e che entro breve avrò l'esito. In tutto questo rimandare hanno reso praticamente inutile l'esame fatto visto che la validità del test è di 72 ore dal prelievo. Chiederò un rimborso per il danno subito. s	stefano vicalvi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recato presso la struttura di viale Parigi che prevede l'orario di apertura alle ore 7:30 ma alle 7:40 ancora non si vede nessuno allo sportello accoglienza, soltanto dopo le lamentele delle persone in coda arrivano gli addetti (visibilmente infastiditi ). In fase di accettazione chiedo di ricevere i risultati delle analisi effettuate tramite mail, prendono l' indirizzo di posta elettronica ma non arriva nulla, contattata la struttura, l'addetta, riferisce che per ricevere i referti a mezzo mail bisogna formalizzare la richiesta. Se non avete tempo da perdere lasciate stare.
