★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza negativa ma tanto negativa. Ho portato un lettore dvd recorder che non leggeva più i dvd il 12 settembre, a fine ottobre mi chiamano perché il problema era risolto. Prezzo 70 euro. Il lettore però non leggeva i dvd. Riportato in laboratorio vengono trovati altri problemi legati al software...niente ancora non legge. Poi potrebbe essere un problema di scheda...niente ancora non legge. Infine lo scienziato che lavora lì mi dice che i nuovi dvd non possono essere letti dal mio lettore perché è la tecnologia...mah. Fatto sta che ho ripreso una parte dei soldi regalati a questi pseudo tecnici. Da evitare assolutamente. Nella vita bisogna essere O N E S T I

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tutto perfetto segnalato difetto in chat samsung dopo una settimana il centro assistenza a riparato il mio TV led da 55 pollici a domicilio sostituendo il display con uno nuovo ed il televisore è tornato nuovo...... Grazie per la celerità e competenza.

il mio Home theatre Samsung, dopo essere rimasto parcheggiato presso altro centro assistenza (20€ per il parcheggio ed una finta diagnosi sul display rotto), è stato riparato nei tempi previsti ed in garanzia, dato che il danno era unicamente software e causato da un aggiornamento firmware inviato in automatico dalla casa madre.
Questa è professionalità. Chissà quanti altri, approfittando della mia ignoranza in materia, ne avrebbero approfittato presentando una parcella onerosa.

my Samsung Home theater, after being parked at another service center (€ 20 for parking and a fake diagnosis on the broken display), was repaired on schedule and under warranty, since the damage was only software and caused by a firmware update sent automatically by the parent company.
This is professionalism. Who knows how many others, taking advantage of my ignorance on the subject, would have taken advantage of it by presenting an onerous fee.
