L	Luana Ma.Be. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stata questa mattina per un pap-test. Essendo una struttura privata mi aspetto che per un esame ginecologico ci siano attrezzature adeguate. Purtroppo invece il lettino era un semplice letto da visite, ma non uno da ginecologia. Eseguire l'esame e stato molto fastidioso per me e non esattamente realizzabile per la dottoressa. Costo esame 25,00€. I was this morning for a pap smear. Being a private facility, I expect adequate equipment for a gynecological examination. Unfortunately, however, the bed was a simple examination bed, but not a gynecology bed. Performing the exam was very annoying for me and not exactly feasible for the doctor. Exam cost € 25.00.

Prendo il giorno di lavoro, arrivo alla Salus e mi dicono che il mio cognome non apare da nessuna parte!!! Mi è stata chiesta 2 volte se ero paziente della dottoressa... Non capisco il senso della domanda ma comunque faccio vedere la chiamata sul telefono l'11 agosto, più la prenotazione registrata sul calendario. Niente. La mia prenotazione non esiste..... Non ho parole. Professionalità ZERO. I booked a specialist visit for a month and a half by telephone. I take the day of work, I arrive at Salus and they tell me that my surname does not appear anywhere !!! I was asked 2 times if I was the doctor's patient ... I don't understand the meaning of the question but anyway I show the call on the phone on 11 August, plus the booking registered on the calendar. Nothing. My reservation does not exist ..... Dopo aver effettuato un tampone, hanno rilasciato un modulo difficilissimo da compilare per avere il Green pass, una cosa da manicomio!!! Vergogna!! Un sistema barbaro!! Lo eviterò accuratamente! Dopo 40 minuti di attesa l'operatrice mi ha messo prima in attesa poi ha attaccato. Se non siete ingrado di smaltire le telefonate prendete altri operatori.
