Sto aspettando l'esito di un tampone molecolare URGENTE da più di 48h nonostante questa mattina mi abbiano mandato una mail dicendo che entro tarda mattinata avrei avuto il referto. Chiamo e non rispondono nonostante rimango in attesa per ore, alle mail SE rispondono lo fanno dopo ere geologiche. Mi hanno scritto che avrò il referto dal 24 dicembre sera, quando sappiamo tutti che essendo la Vigilia non arriverà niente! Io sono costretta a rimanere chiusa e isolata senza sapere se sono o no positiva per Natale e chissà quanto oltre, perchè già non rispondono nei giorni lavorativi, figurati se lavorano nei festivi. Embarrassing and shameful! I have been waiting for the outcome of an URGENT molecular swab for more than 48 hours despite the fact that this morning they sent me an email saying that by late morning I would have the report. I call and they don't answer even though I wait for hours, the emails IF they answer do it after geological eras. They wrote me that I will have the report from December 24th evening, when we all know that being Christmas Eve nothing will come! I am forced to remain closed and isolated without knowing whether or not I am positive for Christmas and who knows how much later, because they already do not respond on working days, let alone if they work on holidays.

Mr. Luca, at the reception was very kind and professional and we communicated quietly via e-mail ... Dr. Romano is the queen of the sample in addition to professionalism and kindness ... then as in all structures there can be unexpected events or a bad mood .... we should also be a little more patient ... Non mi hanno mai risposto, volevo sapere il costo delle analisi, niente da fare, allora sono andato ho chiesto, [il signore deve pagare 77 €] non avendo quella somma con me son dovuto andare via, se mi avessero risposto al tel. Non si creava il problema. Io sono 74 enne pensionato invalido è una vergogna il servizio, fate pena, non avendo rispetto per le persone, state lì solo per la mesata, non ci fate bella figura, cosa devo dire alle persone di voi.... Ecco vedete che figura ci fate.. Vi saluto a mai. I have been more than two hours on tel. d	davide sera on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ completamente fuori le tempistiche promesse, risposta alla mia email: "abbiamo da analizzare più tamponi di quelli che la struttura può supportare", beh, avete scelto voi di farne così tanti, dovreste conoscere i vostri limiti e accettare un numero di pazienti limitato alla vostra capacità di analilsi per concedere a meno persone un servizio degno invece che a tanti un servizio pessimo completely out of the promised timelines, reply to my email: "we have to analyze more tampons than the structure can support", well, you have chosen to do so many, you should know your limits and accept a number of patients limited to yours ability to analyze in order to grant fewer people a worthy service instead of many a bad service

Se non rispondono al telefono è perche come tantinposti in Italia sono sottoborganico. Non per la mesata come la chiama qlcn. I. E'tutto al risparmio. Prendetevela con i genetali non con i soldati e lavora col pubblico. Il pesce puzza sempre falla testa. Hello I would like to break a lance in favor of those who work at the center. A	Alessia Cec on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il personale del laboratorio sosteneva che la quantità di urine (di una bambina di 1 anno!) per l’esame fosse insufficiente; mi sono recata al bambino Gesù per lo stesso esame con la stessa quantità di urine e l’hanno eseguito senza alcun problema! Anche un semplice esame delle urine diventa un problema in questa struttura The laboratory staff claimed that the amount of urine (of a 1 year old girl!) For the examination was insufficient; I went to baby Jesus for the same test with the same amount of urine and they performed it without any problem! Even a simple urinalysis becomes a problem at this facility
D	Dandi Roma on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non consiglio questo laboratorio se non sei residente in Italia. La prima cosa che fai é pagare pero poi se hai un problema non sono capaci di risolverlo. Nel mio caso il documento che ho fornito era il mio passaporto italiano. Il mio codice QR non é stato possibile scaricarlo in nessun modo tramite loro. MIA MADRE HA DOVUTO METTERSI IN CONTATTO CON LA REGIONE LAZIO per poter avere il mio QR e poter cosi viaggiare. No recomiendo ese laboratorio en absoluto si no eres residente en Italia. Lo primero que hacen es cobrarte pero si te surge un problema después no son capaces de solucionarlo. En mi caso tenía un pasaporte italiano y necesitaba el QR para poder viajar de regreso a España. MI MADRE TUVO QUE PONERSE EN CONTACTO CON REGION LAZIO para que me solucionaran el problema mientras el laboratorio ya ni me cogía el teléfono. I do not recommend this laboratory if you are not a resident of Italy. The first thing you do is pay but then if you have a problem they are unable to solve it. In my case the document I provided was my Italian passport. My QR code could not be downloaded in any way through them. MY MOTHER HAD TO GET IN CONTACT WITH THE LAZIO REGION in order to have my QR and thus be able to travel. No recomiendo ese laboratory en absoluto yes no eres resident in Italy. Lo primero que hacen es cobrarte pero si te surge a problem después no son capaces de solucionarlo. In my case there is an Italian pasaporte y necessary to the QR to be able to return to Spain. Chiamo mio padre e gli dico se perfavore poteva ritirare lui il referto, arriva lì e non poteva ritirarlo senza il mio consenso. La signora dice testuali parole "mandi una autorizzazione via whatsapp" appena la mando per la signora non andava bene via whatsapp ma era via email. Dopo che mio padre ovviamente si era innervosito gli hanno mandato il referto via email. Tutto questo mentre io chiamavo dalle 7 fino le 9.30 del mattina senza mai ricevere risposta. DA DENUNCIA. I was in the hospital just waiting for the report that was supposed to arrive the day before at 6.30pm. Never arrived. I call my father and tell him if he could please collect the report, he comes there and he could not collect it without my consent. The lady says verbatim "send an authorization via whatsapp" as soon as I send it to the lady it was not good via whatsapp but it was via email. After my father obviously got nervous they sent him the report via email. All this while I was calling from 7 to 9.30 in the morning without ever receiving an answer. FROM COMPLAINT.
