Tampone molecolare fatto il 26 ottobre, siamo al 2 novembre e ancora nessun risultato.
Nessuno che dice nulla, scrivi al Salus e neanche ti rispondono.
Servizio pessimo, costato addirittura 100 euro.
Non verrò mai più e lo sconsiglierò a tutti.
 Bad service.
Molecular swab done on October 26th, November 2nd and still no results.
No one who says anything, you write to the Salus and they don't even answer you.
Bad service, even costing 100 euros.
I will never come again and I will advise against it to everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo servizio, pure a pagamento !!!! Ti dicono nkn prima delle 15 e non dopo le 15 poi arrivi alle 15 spaccate e ti trovi 20 persone davanti. Nessun criterio nella coda, gente ovunque, nessuno nel piazzale che dia disposizioni o che ti metta in mano il modulo che poi dovrai consegnare nell'unica cassa a disposizione, io ho fatto 50 minuti di coda per fare un molecolare a 100,00 euro per poi farmi dire che gli esiti me li avrebbero dati in una settimana !!!!
Evitate di spendere soldi come il sottoscritto e utilizzate altri centri o il ssn. Voto: negativo
Bad service, even for a fee !!!! They tell you nkn before 3pm and not after 3pm then you arrive at 3pm and you find 20 people in front. No criteria in the queue, people everywhere, no one in the square to give instructions or to put the form in your hand that you will then have to deliver to the only cash box available, I queued for 50 minutes to make a molecular at 100.00 euros for then let me say that the results would have given me in a week !!!!
Avoid spending money like myself and use other centers or the SSN. Rating: negative

Ho fatto il tampone da loro dato che in una clinica privata in teoria i tempi dovrebbero essere rispettati e più veloci pagando 90 euro senza avermi rilasciato neanche una fattura al momento del pagamento.Mi è stato detto durante la prenotazione che i tempi di attesa massimo erano di 48h,sono passati 8 giorni nonostante io abbia chiamato e mandato messaggi nessuno mai si è degnato di rispondermi. Poi ho scoperto che il mio tampone era in analisi a milano e infine mi è arrivato l’esito da Napoli senza i miei dati personali,senza la data e il luogo di dove ho effettuato il mio tampone ma solo il mio nome e cognome !! Non vi sembra tutto anomalo ?
Per tutta questa attesa mi hanno creato problemi seri nel mio posto di lavoro.
Bad center !!! I swabbed them since in a private clinic the times should in theory be respected and faster by paying 90 euros without having issued me even an invoice at the time of payment.I was told during the booking that the maximum waiting times were 48h, 8 days have passed although I have called and sent messages no one ever deigned to answer me. Then I discovered that my swab was being analyzed in Milan and finally I received the result from Naples without my personal data, without the date and place where I took my swab but only my name and surname !! Doesn't everything seem anomalous to you?
For all this waiting they have created serious problems in my workplace.
