★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Noi vastesi siamo abituati a salumi di pregio, ma qui siamo al top! Ho provato un salame vincitore del primo premio, come miglior salame italiano 2013. Un turbinio di sensazioni mi ha riempito il palato, lasciandomi un gusto di antico e genuino, traducendo in sapore, quel buon odore che si sente entrando in una norcineria. Ben presto l' andrò a trovare per provate altre specialità.
We Vasto are used to quality cold cuts, but here we are at the top! I tried a salami winner of the first prize, as best Italian salami 2013. A whirlwind of sensations filled my palate, leaving me with an ancient and genuine taste, translating into flavor, that good smell that you feel when entering a butchery. Soon I will visit it to try other specialties.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alta Qualità..salame 'gentile d'Abruzzo' prodotto con carne scelta ,sale e pepe nero (niente conservanti) lo abbiamo degusto su dei crostini abbinato a dei pomodori secchi alla brace sottolio. Una delizia!
High Quality .. 'gentile d'Abruzzo' salami produced with selected meat, salt and black pepper (no preservatives) we tasted it on croutons combined with grilled dried tomatoes in oil. A delight!
