Spettacolari anche i pecorini con varie stagionatura. Corredato il tutto un fornitissimo banco carni con buonissimi prodotti locali Salami factory with its own production: excellent salami (from Cinta Senese, wild boar, white wine ...) and cold cuts of all kinds! The pecorino cheeses with various maturations are also spectacular. All accompanied by a well-stocked meat counter with delicious local products

Massima gentilezza e simpatia del personale, disponibile e preparato..e cambiato l'arredamento molto più funzionale per l'esposizine dei prodotti gia confezionati!!!! A noi hanno addebitato due volte lo stesso prodotto addirittura con una differenza di pesata di 8 grammi?? bilancia ballerina? Ho inviato una mail per segnalare l'episodio, non chiedevo niente, solo una risposta con delle scuse... ebbene il fatto di non averle ricevute mi fa dubitare sulla casualita' dell'errore.... il cliente che viene da fuori non ha la possibilita' di tornare per evidenziare l'errore... quindi vi consiglio di controllare attentamente e verificre la corrispondenza con i prezzi esposti. Rispondo al gentile proprietario del Borgo rammentando che il peso netto e' un obbligo per tutti gli esercenti, anche quelli facenti parte della Repubblica Senese... non e' quindi una giustificazione ma anzi una aggravante che la pesatura non abbia tenuto conto della carta... il peso netto doveva rimanere identico...
