Se siete stanchi di mangiare i soliti salumi industriali pieni di conservanti , reclamizzati e distribuiti dai soliti supermercati , questo é il posto giusto . Le salsiccie hanno il profumo che devono avere e quando si cuociono hanno il colore della carne cotta e non quel rosso improbabile , indice della presenza di conservanti . Personale molto cortese .
There is still someone who produces sausages respecting the traditions. If you are tired of eating the usual industrial cured meats full of preservatives, advertised and distributed by the usual supermarkets, this is the right place. The sausages have the scent they must have and when they are cooked they have the color of cooked meat and not that improbable red, an indication of the presence of preservatives. Very courteous staff.
