A small large sausage factory, a small pearl in Valnerina. Ciauscolo and typical artisan cured meats from the Marches. Truly excellent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Questo salumificio , scoperto per caso girovagando in moto , è ormai per me un riferimento fisso ogni volta che ripercorro la Valnerina. Salumi eccezionali , prezzi più che ottimi! Credetemi è da provare.
This cured meat factory, discovered by chance while wandering around on a motorcycle, is now a fixed reference for me every time I retrace the Valnerina. Exceptional cured meats, more than excellent prices! Believe me it is worth trying.

More than honest prices, excellent products that have one single flaw: we can't make them last long. They are so good that we can't get seasonal ;-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo passati da questo salumificio dopo aver chiesto consigli alla gente del posto. Il signore ci aveva garantito di utilizzare solo ed esclusivamente maiali nazionali e ci siamo fidati subito. Appena a casa scopriamo invece che la provenienza era UE. Questo sommato alla cortesia abbastanza precaria riscontrata non mi sento di dare un voto positivo all esperienza. La qualità dei prodotti acquistati non è ancora stata testata.
We passed by this delicatessen after asking the locals for advice. The gentleman had guaranteed us to use only and exclusively national pigs and we trusted immediately. As soon as we get home we discover instead that the origin was EU. This added to the rather precarious courtesy found I do not feel like giving a positive rating to the experience. The quality of the purchased products has not yet been tested.
