★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dietro l'aspetto un po' dimesso, si nasconde una rosticceria conosciuta per la grande qualità dei prodotti in vendita e per le ottime preparazioni approntate con cura professionale e sapienza casalinga nella cucina sul retro.
I piatti forti sono i classici della tradizione ligure, quali il polpettone, le verdure ripiene, ed ovviamente le torte salate, tra cui ovviamente spicca la Pasqualina di Carciofi.
Menzione particolare per l'insalata russa: assolutamente impareggiabile.
Behind the somewhat modest aspect, there is a rotisserie known for the great quality of the products on sale and for the excellent preparations prepared with professional care and homemade knowledge in the back kitchen.
The main dishes are the classics of the Ligurian tradition, such as the meatloaf, the stuffed vegetables, and obviously the savory pies, among which obviously the Artichoke Pasqualina stands out.
Special mention for the Russian salad: absolutely unrivaled.
