★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo aver finito di mangiare il pollo posso esprimere il mio parere :-) . Cottura perfetta, pelle saporita e croccante al punto giusto. Considerato che il pollo é cotto in un forno a gas, non é per niente secco. Il proprietario lo cura con attenzione, pronto ad inumidirlo con spruzzino pieno di salmoriglio. Provate anche le patate fritte. Ottime, con una doratura che fa capire che l'olio nella friggitrice era pulito. Se vi trovate a Patti, andate sul sicuro e prendetevi un pollo qui. Unico neo un po' caro. Ma un pasto fuori casa costa molto di più. Bon appetit
After I finish eating the chicken I can express my opinion :-). Perfect cooking, tasty and crispy skin at the right point. Considering that the chicken is cooked in a gas oven, it is not dry at all. The owner cares for him carefully, ready to moisten him with a sprinkle full of salmoriglio. Also try the fried potatoes. Excellent, with a browning that suggests that the oil in the deep fryer was clean. If you are in Patti, be on the safe side and get a chicken here. Only drawback a little expensive. But a meal away from home costs much more. Bon appetit
