Traditional shops like these are authentic symbols of Bologna.
Everything here, from cured meats to tortellini, is made with genuine passion.
The aromas and flavors are the authentic ones of the past, the same thing the shop itself is overflowing with quality products and everything.
It is a real pleasure to still find places like this.
The lady who runs the shop is very kind and willing to give you advice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Très belle boutique à 10 min de marche de la gare de Bologne tenue par une dame en tenue traditionnelle. La dame est très gentille et assez bavarde pour expliquer les produits de son magasin. Les produits sont de bonne qualité mais les prix sont à mon avis totalement exagérés (98.5€ / kg pour du jambon de Parme de 36 mois, 78€ /kg de saucisson...) je n'ai jamais vu assui cher sur tout mon voyage en Italie. Ce qui est surtout embêtant c'est que les prix ne sont pas affichés, la dame vous propose plein de choses sans donner le prix (alors que j'ai pose la question plusieurs fois pour chaque article) et à la fin c'est la lourde addition. Au marché de Firenze vous trouvez certains de ses articles (parmegian...) a quasi 50% moins cher.
Very nice shop 10 min walk from Bologna train station run by a lady in traditional dress. The lady is very nice and talkative enough to explain the products in her store. The products are of good quality but the prices are in my opinion totally exaggerated (98.5 € / kg for Parma ham of 36 months, 78 € / kg of sausage ...) I have never seen expensive assui on all my Journey to Italie. What is especially annoying is that the prices are not displayed, the lady offers you plenty of things without giving the price (although I asked the question several times for each item) and at the end it is the heavy addition. At the Firenze market you will find some of its articles (parmegian ...) almost 50% cheaper.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimo negozio. Prodotti di eccellenza. Non turistico ma da intenditori. Tappa obbligatoria per chi passa a Bologna. Io ci compro il parmigiano e l'aceto balsamico. La signora che ti accoglie in abito tipico con cappellina falde e fiori è davvero eccezionale. Prezzi alti ma in linea con quello che offre.
Great shop. Products of excellence. Not tourist but for connoisseurs. Obligatory stop for those passing through Bologna. I buy the parmesan and balsamic vinegar. The lady who welcomes you in a typical dress with a small chapel with flaps and flowers is truly exceptional. High prices but in line with what it offers.
