Ovviamente ci ritorneremo e consiglio di andarci. Easter Monday 2022 ... I just ate a great platter of delicacies and my daughter a panuozzo of the same quality, we went away full and satisfied with everything, even the friendliness and the cleanliness .... !!!! Of course we will be back and recommend going there.
A	Anna Norcia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La salumeria Buono è stata fondata nel 1934 e per moltissimi anni è rimasta una bottega di prodotti alimentari per la spesa giornaliera delle famiglie. Poi, un anno e mezzo fa, il salto di qualità: Buono è stato ripensato, ristrutturato ed è diventato un piacevole punto di ristoro a via Posillipo. C'è sempre il banco per la vendita al dettaglio, ma gli spazi sono stati rivisti per fare posto ai tavoli all'interno e all'esterno del locale. E allora ci si può accomodare e gustare le specialità della casa: i taglieri e i vini bianchi e rossi di ottima qualità. Tra i 5 taglieri proposti dal menù abbiamo scelto quello più completo, con salumi, formaggi, bruschette miste con contorni tipici regionali e mozzarella di bufala. Saporitissimo il benvenuto: spiedini di mortadella alla piastra con aceto balsamico. Da segnalare il capocollo di Martina Franca, il pecorino di Amatrice, la caciotta toscana, la parmigiana di melanzane, il ripieno di ricotta e prosciutto cotto, la stracciatella di bufala e il buonissimo pane piastrato che completava il tagliere. Ad accompagnare tutto questo un ottimo rosso di Salice del Cilento doc: è andato giù molto bene questo vino, ed è andata molto bene anche la serata. C'è asporto e consegna a domicilio su ordinazione. Si paga il giusto. Strisce blu disponibili per il parcheggio. The Buono salumeria was founded in 1934 and for many years it remained a shop of food products for the daily shopping of families. Then, a year and a half ago, the leap in quality: Buono was redesigned, renovated and became a pleasant refreshment point in via Posillipo. There is always the retail counter, but the spaces have been revised to make room for tables inside and outside the venue. And then you can sit down and taste the specialties of the house: the cutting boards and the white and red wines of excellent quality. Among the 5 cutting boards on the menu we have chosen the most complete one, with cold cuts, cheeses, mixed bruschetta with typical regional side dishes and buffalo mozzarella. The welcome is very tasty: grilled mortadella skewers with balsamic vinegar. Of note are the capocollo of Martina Franca, the pecorino of Amatrice, the Tuscan caciotta, the aubergine parmigiana, the stuffed with ricotta and cooked ham, the buffalo stracciatella and the delicious tiled bread that completed the cutting board. To accompany all this an excellent red Salice del Cilento doc: this wine went down very well, and the evening went very well too. There is takeout and home delivery to order. You pay the right. Ci siamo fatti consigliare tagliere, vino e dolci e il risultato è stato eccellente .. !! Fantastico cibo e accoglienza.... una tappa obbligatoria se si passa da Posillipo...... !!! After 2 we are sorry we are full in two restaurants in Via Posillipo, we stopped at Salumeria Buono 1934 and super discovery ....... !!! We got advice on cutting board, wine and desserts and the result was excellent .. !! Fantastic food and hospitality .... a must if you pass by Posillipo ...... !!!
