In risposta al proprietario lei ha ragione, la fattura è intestata a mia moglie Iride Scarpiello, che ha recensito il divano qualche mese fa, io nella mia ho aggiunto delle foto che rendono meglio la visione del problema. Ci accorgemmo delle prime screpolature dopo 26 mesi dalla data fattura quindi garanzia appena scaduta e la risposta vostra è nella recensione di mia moglie. Può un divano in pelle (ma forse è meglio dire simil pelle) sgretolarsi così dopo 2 anni? Lei non sarebbe disturbato da tutto questo? Grazie per l’attenzione. In response to the owner you are right, the invoice is in the name of my wife Iride Scarpiello, who reviewed the sofa a few months ago, I added some photos to my photos that make it easier to see the problem. We noticed the first cracks after 26 months from the invoice date so warranty just expired and your answer is in my wife's review. Can a leather sofa (but perhaps it is better to say leather-like) crumble like this after 2 years? Wouldn't you be bothered by this? Thanks for the attention.

When I made an appointment I had a completely different idea of the sofa I wanted to buy but in the end the choice fell on this model and I am very happy! The staff were very helpful and helped me while I was unsure, the prices seem correct to me and there was no mix-up whatsoever.
