I bought a mattress in the Rivoli store in corso Francia, "Diamond" mattress and I must say that I am more than satisfied! Now the nights have a meaning .... I sleep like a dream! Non posso dire se il prodotto acquistato sia buono o meno, perché ho ordinato un materasso a giugno, con promessa consegna 7-10 gg, siamo al 5 agosto e ancora non ho ricevuto nulla!!!! Da metà luglio che provo a chiamare e mi rimandano di gg in gg dicendo che sta arrivando un nuovo carico. È veramente una vergogna, non solo per le tempistiche in se, ma per la presa in giro....essere trasparenti con il cliente è fondamentale e loro invece ci rimbalzano tra loro e il negozio di Rivoli, senza darci indicazioni chiare. E l'ultima volta sono anche riusciti a dirci che visto che la consegna era prevista a fine luglio, il ritardo non è neanche così tanto!!! Quindi dopo l'attesa anche la presa in giro?!?! Visto che ci avevano GARANTITO la consegna entro 10 gg, avendolo comprato a giugno però.... ASSOLUTAMENTE NON CONSIGLIATO! You can't give ZERO stars otherwise I would have done it. I cannot say if the purchased product is good or not, because I ordered a mattress in June, with delivery promise 7-10 days, we are on August 5th and I have not received anything yet !!!! I've been trying to call since mid-July and they send me back from day to day saying that a new load is coming. It is truly a shame, not only for the timing itself, but for the mockery .... being transparent with the customer is essential and they instead bounce between themselves and the Rivoli store, without giving us clear indications. And last time they even managed to tell us that since the delivery was scheduled for the end of July, the delay is not even that much !!! So after the wait even the teasing?!?! Since they had GUARANTEED delivery within 10 days, having bought it in June though .... ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMENDED!
