Ho concesso tre tentativi per far conoscere il mio capello, indicando ogni volta che i miei capelli sono mossi e non tollerano la sfilatura. Sono stata seguita da tre persone diverse, ma nessuna mi ha soddisfatto. La seconda volta la titolare mi ha fatto il taglio totalmente al rasoio sfilando e alleggerendo. Quando mi son permessa di far notare che col rasoio i miei capelli fanno punte che vanno ovunque appena crescono, lei gentilmente mi ha spiegato cosa voleva fare sottolineando che lavora cm parrucchiera da 32 anni...mi son zittita ma avrei dovuto ribadire che io conosco i miei capelli da 42 e so x certo che il rasoio su di loro non va. Difatti tempo una setyana facevano schifo ma hp cercato di tenerli dritti x tirare almeno un mese. Mi sono ripresentata per farli sistemare mi ha seguita un'altra che non li ha sistemati male, ma ha tolto solo un minimo e c'è ancora un sacco di sfilatura ed ora mi toccherà tagliarli un sacco. Ma possibile che sia così difficile ascoltare le clienti? Non si mettono al pari del parrucchiere, solo conoscono i loro capelli meglio di chiunque altro!!!! E poi hanno sempre da ridire su tutte le tue scelte:"vorrei i capelli blu" "i capello blu?! No ma poi..."-"vorrei un taglio corto lungo" "no tu hai i capelli creaspi...". C'è un'ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Dopo svariati errori tecnici oggettivi e insindacabili (colori e meches sbagliati) mi è stato consigliato di “Coprire il ciuffo, tanto così non si vede!” e dopo avermi sistemata il giorno successivo, continuando a non ammettere i propri errori, addirittura volevano farmi pagare gli aggiustamenti! Detto ciò, aggiungo: - salone vecchia scuola, con attesa di ore anche sotto appuntamento - confermo un’altra recensione qui sotto in merito al fatto che cercano di importi i loro gusti personali - titolare sgradevole e “diversamente educata” Bad experience and I speak to you as an embittered customer.
