★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ( Di passaggio ).Dovevo acquistare le crochette per il mio cagnetto, avevo bisogno di un consiglio.Ho aspettato un bel po' l'addetto all'assistenza clienti, forse il proprietario, il quale stava raccontando tranquillamente a un altro cliente i cavoli suoi. Ho atteso ulteriormente altri 10 minuti, poi sono uscito senza acquistare nulla. In cassa poi non c'era nessuno. Per carità! Non ho parole! Mai più!!! Prima e ultima volta!!! Lo sconsiglio.
 (In passing) I had to buy croquettes for my pooch, I needed some advice I waited a long time for the customer service agent, maybe the owner, who was quietly telling another customer about his cabbages . I waited another 10 minutes, then went out without buying anything. Then there was no one at the cashier. For charity! I'm speechless! Never again!!! First and last time !!! I do not recommend it.

Pesci, tartarughe, coniglietti, ed altri piccoli animali ma anche accessori di ogni tipo e qualità, per il loro benessere. La qualità dei prodotti è buona, Il personale è gentile, disponibile preparato e competente. La disponibilità è ottima. I prezzi sono nella media. Tra le aziende che frequento, avendo io sia cani che gatti, sicuramente la metterei sopra alle altre, non per il demerito delle altre, ma per il merito di questa. 5 stelle meritate. Continuate così.
The company is well supplied, especially for small animals. Food products, especially dogs and cats, but not only. Fish, turtles, bunnies, and other small animals but also accessories of all types and qualities, for their well-being. The quality of the products is good. The staff is polite, helpful, prepared and competent. Availability is excellent. Prices are average. Among the companies I frequent, having both dogs and cats, I would certainly put it above the others, not for the demerit of the others, but for the merit of this one. 5 stars you deserve.
