Personale sbrigativo sul problema... Delusione totale.... Negative experience on post purchase assistance ..... after a year and a half then under warranty the store is not liable for accidental breaking of the glasses as it does not fall within a manufacturing defect. Entro questa mattina per far stringe gli occhiali da vista comprati nei vostri negozi e una commessa con unghie bellissima mi dice che non si poteva fare. Mi stringe un po' la vitina, ma non risolvo il problema... Peccato che in altri vostri negozi lo hanno fatto.. Delusione... Ovviamente per il prossimo paio di occhiali mi rivolgerò altrove. Il marchio è ray-ban ma le lenti da vista le produce luxottica (forse), molto meglio scegliere altri produttori mi dispiace. Very bad quality lenses, it has never happened to me that a pair of lenses would have ruined so much., Opaque spots that I can't understand from where they jump out ... as if they had lost a superficial layer. The brand is ray-ban but the optical lenses produce the luxottica (maybe), much better to choose other manufacturers I'm sorry.

Una lavoro fatto male pergiunta rischioso perché la vite che nn era neanke per quel modello era stato tagliato malissimo e sorgeva dalla stanghette dell'occhiale creando così un rischio per gli occhi di mia figlia!!!! Pertanto ho preferito cambiare ottici!!!! Bad .... professionalism in fixing my daughter's glasses .... Li pago al 50% più di 500€. Mi danno 2 mesi di tempo per abituarmi, durante il quale nelle mie attività quotidiane avverto diversi disagi. Sono un cuoco e fatico ad avere il lavoro sotto controllo, essendo il mio un mestiere di stress frenetico. Ci vado in moto non è il massimo. Vado in bici in montagna e la sensazione del pericolo aumenta. Di tutto questo mi lamento con loro che insistendo che ora ci vedo meglio di prima devo insistere per abituarmi. Bene, solo che 2 settimane fa sono caduto rovinosamente con la bicicletta in montagna in un dirupo per più di 10 metri rischiando la vita. Sono ancora a casa in convalescenza. Mi sono fatto molto male. Li Chiamo e al telefono mi dicono che gli occhiali che mi hanno venduto non vanno bene per andare in bicicletta in montagna. Mi sento preso in giro. Soddisfatta per l’acquisto! A little more than 2 months ago I bought eyeglasses, I had to go to the shop more than 3 times to have the frame fixed, creating NOT a few inconveniences being also progressive, then finally the manager TIZIANA, demonstrating her skills and kindness, solved the problem! Satisfied with the purchase!
